Pd. I, M. S. I abstract: Given the important role of the Qur‟an in daily life, learning to read the Qur‟an, understand, and know the contents of the Qur‟an is very important. However, the fact that many children, teenagers, and parents are still not fluent in reading the Qur‟an. Therefore, this study aims to find out whether there is an influence of the Al-Qiro‟ah Al-Muyassaroh method on the ability to read the Qur‟an of children aged 5-6 years at Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda Seling Karangjati Boyolali. This research is quantitative research, while the type of research is experimental research with pre-experiment. The subjects in this study were students aged 5-6 years at Madrasah Diniyah Miftahul Huda Seling Karangjati Boyolali using the one-group pretest posttest design technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is simple linear regression analysis technique with the help of SPSS software. Data analysis used is by looking at the output of paired t-test, paired samples statistics, and descriptive statistics. There is a significant influence between the Al-Qiro'ah Al-Muyassaroh method on the ability to read the Qur'an as indicated by a significance value of 0.000 in the paired t-test, with a very strong interpretation of the influence between the two variables with a posttest value of 107.75 and a pretest value of 74.08 in the paired samples statistics test. The percentage of the influence of the two variables is seen from the N-gain value of 0.73> 0.7, which is 7.3%> 7%.
