%X This study aims to 1) develop flipbook-based BIOCOM (Biology Comic) on biotechnology material as a learning medium for Class X SMA / MA students, 2) determine the quality of flipbook-based BIOCOM (Biology Comic) on biotechnology material as a learning medium for Class X SMA / MA students. This study uses the ADDIE development model which consists of the Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation stages. However, in this study only up to the Development stage only. Furthermore, the quality test was carried out by expert validators, peer-reviewers and reviewers as well as student responses using questionnaires. The data obtained is converted into qualitative and quantitative descriptive data. The results of the Biology Comic product quality assessment by material experts were 84.81%, media experts were 85.33%, peer-reviewers were 98%, and reviewers were 99%. The final result shows a percentage of 91.97% with the criteria “Very Good”. In the response of students, the final results showed a percentage of 87.63% showing the criteria “Strongly Agree”. Based on the results obtained, the flipbook-based Biology Comic product has a “Very Good” and “Strongly Agree” category and is suitable for use as a learning media on biotechnology material for class X SMA / MA.
