DI INDONESIA DALAM PERSPEKTIF ISLAM
%X One of the functions of the Political Party is to create a climate conducive to the unity and unity of the Indonesian nation for the well-being of the people as set forth in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 2 of 2011 on Amendments to the Law No. 2, 2008 on Political Parties. The function of the political party is written in Article 11 (1) letter a. However, over time, many political parties have emerged with a fragmented support base and cause the party's inadequacy inining
the system of statehood which can lead to weaknesses in formulating responsive policies to society and public accountability.
The type of research used is normative jurisprudence or normative law
research that studies the law conceived as the norm or the rule that applies in society by conducting data filling through library research, which is conducted using the literature of the previous library and some sources of the rules of legislation using the approach of normative juridic and legislative regulation. The theory used is the theory of the system of government, Islam and democracy, which
later has a connection with the government system and democratic in Islam.
Based on the results of the research and analysis that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the inadequacy of the Political Party in the system of statehood in Indonesia is caused by several factors such as internal and external factors like inter-political competition, election of the chairman or leader of the party based on power, and the least maximum in absorbing the aspirations of the
public. Which in applying its functions based on the Islamic law, it has
inconsistencies with the principles of the Qur'an such as trust, peace, justice, and peace.
