The approach used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological method. Data collection methods include interviews and documentation. The subjects of this research are three deaf students and staff from the Disability Service Center at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The results of this study show that each subject goes through three stages of career exploration: the fantasy stage, the tentative stage, and the realistic stage. Furthermore, five factors influencing career exploration were identified from the perspective of social learning theory: biosocial factors, environmental factors, personality factors, vocational factors, and achievement factors. Among these factors, the three subjects were more dominantly influenced by environmental factors, particularly parental influence. On the other hand, the least dominant factor affecting career exploration was vocational factors, especially work experience. Besides these two factors, the others were also not particularly dominant for the subjects.
