Economic growth can be influenced by various factors including economic conditions, human resources, and other social factors. This study was conducted with the aim of examining the effect of inflation, human development index (HDI), innovation with the size of the global innovation index (GII), and foreign direct investment (FDI) on economic growth in G20 forum member countries from 2012 to 2022. This study uses random effect model panel data analysis with 209 observations. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of inflation, HDI, GII, and FDI have a significant effect on economic growth in G20 member countries. Partially, HDI and GII variables have a significant effect on economic growth. While the inflation and FDI variable has no effect on economic growths.
