The research utilizes primary data by distributing questionnaires to customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Yogyakarta. The primary data in this study was collected through 30 processed questionnaires. The population of this study includes all customers who use Bank Syariah Indonesia, specifically in the Yogyakarta province. Data processing was conducted using IBM SPSS 23 with multiple linear regression analysis techniques to determine whether there is a significant influence of commitment, trust, and problem-solving on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The results of this study indicate that commitment has a significant influence on customer loyalty, trust has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty, and problem-solving has a significant positive influence on customer loyalty at Bank Syariah Indonesia in the Special Region of Yogyakarta.
