%X This research aims to determine the influence of communication,  organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at BPRS Bangun  Drajat Warga Banguntapan. The data in this study uses a Lickert scale. This  research uses three independent variables, namely communication, organizational  culture and motivation and one dependent variable, namely employee performance.  This research method uses quantitative research. This sampling used saturated  sampling with a sample size of 35 respondents. The analytical method used is  multiple linear test analysis using SBM SPSS software. In this research,  communication and motivation do not have a significant influence on employee  performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture has a significant influence on  employee performance
