%X This study aims to analyze the effect of current ratio, DER, ROA, and EPS on dividend policy. The population used is companies listed on the JII in 2020-2023. The samples used in this study were 11 companies that had been taken by purposive sampling method with certain criteria. The analysis technique used is panel data regression with eviews 10. The results of this study indicate that partially the current ratio has a positive effect on dividend policy, while the DER, ROA, and EPS variables have no effect on dividend policy. Simultaneously, variable currrent ratio, DER, ROA, and EPS effect on dividend policy.
