abstract: Market reactions provide an overview of the dynamics of the world of investment carried out by investors. This is because investors respond to various reliable information from financial reports to produce the right investment decisions which end in success between the parties. Several financial report indicators that influence investors in making investment decisions have a good impact on market reactions. This is a reference for the research objective, namely to see how trading volume activity, which is a proxy for market reactions, is influenced by financial report indicators such as earnings management, leverage, and company value. Then, this research involves managerial ownership as a moderating variable. The sampling technique is a purposive sampling method with a focus on a sample of companies that are consistently listed on the Indonesian Sharia Stock Index from 2017 to 2021. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis which is also accompanied by moderation. This research was designed with six hypotheses, four of which had supported results and supported two theories in the research, namely signal theory and agency theory.
