On the other hand, increased economic growth will also trigger environmental quality degradation from CO2 emissions. CO2 emissions are caused by the oxidation process of fossil fuel energy. Therefore, this study analyzes the causal relationship between economic growth, FDI (Foreign Direct Investment), energy consumption, and CO2 emissions in Indonesia during 1990-2020. The analytical tool used is VECM (Vector Error Correction Model). The results show that there is a two-way causality relationship between carbon dioxide emissions and energy consumption and a significant one-way relationship in the energy consumption and FDI variables. Based on the analysis, it is suggested that the government needs to develop energy efficient infrastructure, transform low-carbon technologies aimed at reducing emissions and increase the use of renewable energy in all sectors PB - UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA KW - Emisi Karbondioksida KW - FDI KW - Konsumsi Energi KW - Pertumbuhan Ekonomi KW - VECM M1 - skripsi TI - ANALISIS HUBUNGAN KAUSALITAS PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI, FDI, KONSUMSI ENERGI, DAN EMISI CO2 STUDI KASUS: INDONESIA PADA PERIODE 1990-2020 AV - restricted EP - 134 ER -
