%X This research aims to determine the factors that influence Lampung people's retirement planning using the Theory OF Planned Behavior, Future Time Perspective Theory and Theory of Life Cycle Hypothesis approaches. This research uses a quantitative approach. The sample collection technique used was the purposive sampling method. This research involved 150 respondents from Lampung. This research method uses SmartPLS. This research shows that 3 of the 5 hypotheses proposed in this research are supported. The results of this research show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on retirement planning, then subjective norms and future orientation have a positive and significant effect on retirement planning. Meanwhile, perceived behavioral control and age did not have a significant effect. Statistical tests in other research also show that financial literacy, subjective norms, future orientation have a positive and significant effect on retirement planning, while perceived behavioral control and age do not have a significant effect.
