This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey research design. The results showed that work-life balance, emotional intelligence, motivation and job stress have a significant effect on employee performance. However, work-family conflict and employee engagement do not significantly affect employee performance. Motivation significantly mediates the relationship between work stress and employee performance. However, the relationship between work-family conflict, work life balance, employee engagement and emotional intelligence does not significantly mediate employee performance. The results of this study suggest that companies should prioritize improving work-life balance, emotional intelligence, and managing work stress to improve performance} }
