ID - digilib66850 UR - https://digilib.uin-suka.ac.id/id/eprint/66850/ A1 - Pebrianti, NIM.: 20108020053 Y1 - 2024/08/06/ N2 - This study aims to examine the effect of work-family conflict, work-life balance, employee engagement, emotional intelligence, and work stress on employee performance, with motivation as a mediating variable at Bank Muamalat Mangkubumi Yogyakarta. This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey research design. The results showed that work-life balance, emotional intelligence, motivation and job stress have a significant effect on employee performance. However, work-family conflict and employee engagement do not significantly affect employee performance. Motivation significantly mediates the relationship between work stress and employee performance. However, the relationship between work-family conflict, work life balance, employee engagement and emotional intelligence does not significantly mediate employee performance.
