abstract: This research aims to determine the level of student work readiness from the aspects of internal locus of control, self-efficacy, and organizational activity. The sample for this research is students from the Sharia Banking Study Program class of 2021 at UIN K.H. Abdurrahman Wahid Pekalongan and UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. This research uses quantitative research methodology with multiple linear regression analysis. The research data are primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires. The results of this research show that internal locus of control, self-efficacy, and organizational activeness have a positive and significant effect on students' work readiness.
