N2  - The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of brand image, trust and transaction security on customer loyalty at Indonesian sharia banks after a cyber attack. Researchers use customer loyalty theory as the main theory to analyze Indonesian sharia bank customers, using research objects as BSI customers who are domiciled in Yogyakarta. Using non-probability sampling techniques and using the convenience sampling method with a sample size of 166 students. The method used in this research is quantitative, which is then analyzed using PLS-based SEM. The research results show that the brand image, trust and transaction security variables have a positive and significant influence on customer loyalty at Indonesian sharia banks after the cyber attack. It is estimated that in this research, universities and Indonesian sharia banking companies will have an idea of customer loyalty to Indonesian sharia banks after the cyber attack.
