%X This study aims to determine the influence between Islamic financial literacy, financial attitudes, financial self-efficacy, and risk tolerance on retirement financial planning in educators and education staff of Krapyak Islamic boarding school Yogyakarta. Data collection using purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 100 respondents. Data analysis using multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 analysis tools. Based on the results of data analysis and hypothesis testing in this study, it shows that Islamic financial literacy, financial attitudes, financial self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on retirement financial planning. Meanwhile, risk tolerance has no influence on old age financial planning
