N2  - For Indonesia, as one of developing countries, the existence of industrialization is a strategic choice in its development model which emphasizes on the economic growth. The choice of industrialization policy has a significant influence on the dynamic of agriculture industrialization in the villages. In one hand, It has made the national of economy growth increase, but on the other hand, it also has made a deeper gap, especially in agriculture sector. The condition of agriculture industries, especially agriculture has been marginalized by the state of policies that are tend to neglect the needs of small farmers.Agriculture sector has been co-optation and hegemonation. This experience has given price lesson learned for Indonesia, that model of development policy that has mainstreaming economy growth through industrialization based on community.The model of development is called ââ?¬Å?community based developmentââ?¬Â?. In this model of development, economy empowerment and farmer movementââ?¬â?¢s is a certain.
