The implementation of halal standards is key in the successful development of MSMEs. This study analyses technological, organisational, and environmental factors on the implementation of halal standards in MSMEs, as well as their impact on operational performance. The research analysis used SEM-PLS with 93 respondents. The findings show that these factors have a positive and significant effect on the implementation of halal standards. The impact of halal implementation also shows positive and significant results on the operational performance of MSMEs. These findings provide insights for MSMEs in formulating business strategies that prioritise product halalness and confirm the importance of certain factors in encouraging the implementation of halal standards. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Siti Nur Azizah, S.E.I., M.E.I.
