A., Psikolog %T PERAN KEMATANGAN KARIR DAN KECERDASAN EMOSI TERHADAP QUARTER LIFE CRISIS PADA DEWASA AWAL %X Individuals in the early adulthood phase are required to be independent in facing new problems, challenges and difficulties in this phase of their lives. There are risk of experiencing a quarter-life crisis. This research aims to determine the relationship between career maturity and emotional intelligence and the quarter-life crisis in early adulthood. This research method uses quantitative correlational. The sample in this study were early adult individuals aged 18-29 years who were not married and did not have a permanent job. Sampling uses proportional probability techniques with sampling size. Data analysis used multiple linear regression techniques assisted by using Jamovi software version 2.3 for Windows. The results show that the hypothesis is accepted, meaning that there is a significant negative relationship between career maturity and emotional intelligence and the quarter-life crisis of early adult individuals. In addition, the research results show that the variables of freedom, career maturity and emotional intelligence significantly influence the quarter-life crisis partially. Analysis of the coefficient of determination also shows that the quarter-life crisis experienced by early adult individuals is explained by the variables of career maturity and emotional intelligence by 49.7%. Therefore, it is hoped that early adult individuals can increase their career maturity and emotional intelligence so that they do not avoid quarter-of-life crises in the early adulthood phase. %K emotional intelligence; career maturity; quarter life crisis; early adulthood %D 2024 %I UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA %L digilib66925
