The internet makes it easy for Gen-Z to access the outside world, especially about western culture. Seeing this phenomenon, there is now a walking tourism community in the city of Yogyakarta that they focus on the history and culture of the city of Yogyakarta. Jogja Good Guide has its own way of packaging historical materials. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the form of persuasive communication carried out by Jogja Good Guide in accordance with the characteristics of generation Z. The research method is descriptive qualitative by adjusting the reality in the field through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informant selection technique uses a purposive sampling technique, where sampling is based on certain considerations and the technical purpose of the respondent sample is taken based on certain criteria, namely three people belonging to generation Z by using data collection methods, interviews, observations and documentation. Analyze the elements of persuasive communication according to Maulana and Gumelar that are associated with the characteristics of generation Z. The results of this study are that the Jogja Good Guide can apply the elements of persuasive communication well and can be adjusted to the characteristics of generation Z. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Rama Kertamukti, S.Sos., M.Sn
