abstract: Students are expected to be able to build their future, this can be done not only in the classroom, but there are many organizations on campus that are able to develop students' abilities for their future. In this case, the Organizational Citizenship Behavior of students is an initiative to encourage thinking and the ability to manage time well. This research aims to determine the relationship between self-leadership and role clarity on organizational citizenship behavior among students in organizations. The method used in this research is quantitative correlational. The criteria for respondents in this research were students who were in intra/extra organizations at UIN Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta. The number of respondents who participated was 107 students obtained using the snowball sampling technique. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing shows that there is a significant relationship between self-leadership, role clarity and student organizational citizenship behavior. This is shown by the significance value of p=0.001 (p<0.001), so the mayor's hypothesis is accepted. Meanwhile, the partial test results obtained a significance value of p=0.001 (p<0.001), so the minor hypothesis was accepted. Apart from that, there was an effective contribution from self-leadership of 0.084, role clarity of 0.779 and the effective contribution of both obtained a value of 47.1%. It is hoped that the implications of the research results will add insight into the development of organizational citizenship behavior in students in organizations.
