        abstract = {PDI Perjuangan City of Magelang uses the Commander Te Stelsel System in facing the 2024 Election. The Commander Te Stelsel System provides regional zoning distribution to each PDI Perjuangan City Magelang Cadre to develop and maintain the regional zoning that has been determined with the main aim of maximizing the potential of voters' votes in all electoral districts of Magelang City in the Election. 2024.
The theory used in this research is the concept of political strategy by Peter Schroder and resource mobilization theory. This research method is a qualitative method with a case study approach. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and literature document study.
The results of this research are that PDI Perjuangan cadres in Magelang City use political strategies for the people of Magelang City, namely offensive political strategies, defensive political strategies with the basic foundation of the Stelsel Commander System, and utilizing party resource mobilization for the purpose of winning the 2024 elections.}
