This research is a Research and Development (R&D) study using the 4D development model, which consists of Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate stages. The study is limited to the Develop stage in the development testing phase. The instruments used in this study include instrument validation sheets, product evaluation validation sheets, and product evaluation sheets. The instrument and product evaluation validation sheets were assessed by validators, who provided evaluations that concluded whether the instruments were valid, valid with revisions, or invalid. The product evaluation sheet used a Likert scale with four levels of assessment. To determine student responses, the study used the FGD (Focus Group Discussion) technique, supported by a student response questionnaire using the Guttman scale with two options: agree and disagree. The research results include: (1) a method for developing an electronic pocketbook to facilitate science process skills in the measurement topic for 10th-grade high school/MA students using the 4D development model, (2) the quality of the electronic pocketbook received a rating of Very Good (SB) with an average score of 3.94 from product evaluation experts, and (3) student responses indicating that the electronic pocketbook is engaging, easy to use, and portable, making it an effective additional learning resource for physics education %Z Pembimbing: Ari Cahya Mawardi, M.Pd.
