This research includes Research and Development (R\&D) research using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development procedure. The e-module was assessed using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, namely an assessment questionnaire by reviewers (1 media expert, 1 material expert, 5 peer reviewers, 1 biology teacher) and student responses (15 class XI students at SMA Muhammadiyah 7 Yogyakarta). The results of this research show that the e-module has very good quality (SB) with respective ideal percentages of 99\% from media experts, 93\% from material experts, 98\% from peer reviewers, and 87\% from biology teachers. Meanwhile, student responses had an ideal percentage of 86\% in the very good (SB) category. Thus, the biology e-module on coordination system material has very good quality which can be used as teaching material for class XI SMA/MA students.} }
