"The problem faced by the nation's generation is the crisis in the attitude of\r\ndefending the country. Islamic religious education as a subject must participate in\r\nefforts to strengthen the attitude of defending the country. Therefore, it is necessary to\r\nhave a proportional role and position for Islamic Religious Education to strengthen\r\nstudents' national defense attitudes. This research aims to clarify that Islamic Religious\r\nEducation Subjects are able to strengthen students' national defense attitudes. The\r\ntheory used for analysis is B.F Skinner's reinforcement theory. The research uses\r\nqualitative research methods and a field approach (Field study). The object of this\r\nresearch is located at the AAG (Angkasa Ardya Garini) Adisutjipto Aviation\r\nVocational School. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques,\r\ninterviews with respondents, and data documentation. Analysis is carried out through\r\nthe stages of data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions/data\r\nverification. The results of this research show that the appropriate concept of Islamic\r\nReligious Education to strengthen students' national defense attitudes is to provide\r\nmotivation, strengthening, and become a role model. There are several habituation\r\nprograms for defending the country, namely (1) Obeying and respecting teachers (2)\r\nMaintaining cleanliness, (3) Participating in school activities: Flag and roll call\r\nceremonies, singing the song Indonesia Raya, praying in congregation (4) Studying\r\nseriously. (5) Wearing traditional clothing, (6) Literacy. In implementing the program\r\nthere are processes namely Planning, Implementation and Evaluation as well as\r\nfollow-up. The implementation of training at the Aviation Vocational School is also\r\nimplemented well, carried out in a scheduled and planned manner. This habituation\r\nprogram has a positive effect in the form of increasing students' sense of patriotism,\r\nnationalism, discipline, obedience, manners, character and knowledge about defending\r\nthe country."^^ .
