Islamic religious education as a subject must participate in efforts to strengthen the attitude of defending the country. Therefore, it is necessary to have a proportional role and position for Islamic Religious Education to strengthen students' national defense attitudes. This research aims to clarify that Islamic Religious Education Subjects are able to strengthen students' national defense attitudes. The theory used for analysis is B.F Skinner's reinforcement theory. The research uses qualitative research methods and a field approach (Field study). The object of this research is located at the AAG (Angkasa Ardya Garini) Adisutjipto Aviation Vocational School. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques, interviews with respondents, and data documentation. Analysis is carried out through the stages of data condensation, data presentation, drawing conclusions/data verification. The results of this research show that the appropriate concept of Islamic Religious Education to strengthen students' national defense attitudes is to provide motivation, strengthening, and become a role model. There are several habituation programs for defending the country, namely (1) Obeying and respecting teachers (2) Maintaining cleanliness, (3) Participating in school activities: Flag and roll call ceremonies, singing the song Indonesia Raya, praying in congregation (4) Studying seriously. (5) Wearing traditional clothing, (6) Literacy. In implementing the program there are processes namely Planning, Implementation and Evaluation as well as follow-up. The implementation of training at the Aviation Vocational School is also implemented well, carried out in a scheduled and planned manner. This habituation program has a positive effect in the form of increasing students' sense of patriotism, nationalism, discipline, obedience, manners, character and knowledge about defending the country.
