This is a field study using a qualitative method. The subjects of the study include Mu’allimin students from various educational levels and organizations, as well as educators and educational staff of Madrasah Mu’allimin. Subject selection was done using purposive sampling techniques. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis involved data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion drawing or validation. The results of the study indicate that first, the model for shaping leadership character at Pondok Pesantren Mu’allimin Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta involves the Tadzkirah model, which includes showing exemplary behavior, guiding, encouraging, spiritual development, continuity, reminding, repetition, organization, and sincerity. The strategies for shaping leadership character employed by Mu’allimin include habituation and cultural integration, teaching knowledge of good values (moral knowing), experiencing and loving what is good (moral feeling and loving), moral acting (good actions), and modeling from the surrounding environment (moral modeling).
