description: The background of this study is the increasing cases of bullying in Indonesia, even  starting from early childhood. Bullying cases that occur in school institutions have a negative impact not only on the victim but also on the perpetrator. The negative impact is prolonged if not prevented as early as possible. This study aims to determine efforts to prevent bullying in early childhood, one of which is through the role of class rules. This research was conducted at RA Al Falah East Jakarta with the aim of knowing the application and impact of class rules as a preventive effort of bullying in RA Al Falah East Jakarta.  The research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach. Data collection techniques through three ways, namely: observation, interviews and documentation. Data  analysis was carried out in stages: data collection, data reduction, data display and data verification. Data validity was carried out using method triangulation and data source triangulation techniques.  The results showed that the application of class rules as an effort to prevent bullying at RA Al Falah East Jakarta, was carried out in every place at school. Such as: in the  classroom, in the center room and other classrooms. The role of class rules has a significant impact. This is shown by the results of observations and interviews with class teachers who said 80% were effective in maintaining children's safety and order. Making class rules is carried out by formulating, determining and approving procedures. Each child takes part in the formulation, determination until it is agreed upon as a class rule.
