This research aims to (1) determine the learning outcomes of the 2013 curriculum in science and the independent curriculum at SDN Negeri Samirono and SDN Negeri Babarsari (2) determine the comparison of learning outcomes for science in the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum at SDN Negeri Samirono and SDN Negeri Babarsari. This research uses a comparative type of quantitative research. The population in this study was class V students at SD Negeri Samirono and SD Negeri Babarsari, totaling 30 students each, the sampling technique was saturated sampling technique. Data collection techniques use tests. data analysis technique using the "t" test The research results showed that (1) the science learning outcomes of fifth grade elementary school students using the 2013 curriculum were in the good category with a frequency of 6 students, the sufficient category with a frequency of 20 students, and the poor category with a frequency of 4 students. (2) the results of science learning for fifth grade elementary school students using the independent curriculum in the good category with a frequency of 4 students, in the moderate category with a frequency of 23 students, and in the poor category with a frequency of 3 students. (3) based on the t test calculation, it can be concluded that there is a significant difference in the science learning outcomes of class V students using the 2013 curriculum and the independent curriculum. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Mohamad Agung Rokhimawan.
