Nur Hidayat, M.Ag abstract: This study examines the reinforcement of the Pancasila Student Profile through extracurricular Scout activities at SDIT Quantum Mulia Kroya, Cilacap, with a focus on the effectiveness of these activities in fostering a cooperative spirit among students, encompassing collaboration, mutual assistance, familial bonds, and solidarity. Employing a qualitative approach with a case study design, the research gathered data through participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the internalization of the cooperative spirit is carried out in three stages: Moral Knowing, where students learn the concept of cooperation; Moral Feeling, which is developed through various activities and games such as trust falls and social service; and Moral Doing, where students apply these moral values in their daily lives. The reinforcement of these attitudes is achieved through both verbal approaches, such as praise and encouragement, and non-verbal methods, such as facial expressions and the provision of symbols or tokens. The evaluation of Scout activities at SDIT Quantum Mulia Kroya demonstrates their effectiveness in enhancing students’ cooperative spirit, despite several obstacles such as time constraints and limited resources.
