The research is a descriptive -quantitative study which uses I 00 persons of the American Comer users as samples. To get valid data, the writer employs several methods of data collection, namely: observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The results of the research show that the service given is a good enough. The use of the service is very good. The problems are various by which most problems. Are on the Special Event service, which were caused by its schedule clashing with class time. Whereas the promotion is good and on the right track. The suggestions for the American Comer of Gadjah Mada University Library are firstly, it is expected to maintain the service and to increase the service quality, particularly, Special Event, Teleconference and English Club.
