This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, data collection using observation, interviews and documentation, informant selection techniques using purposive sampling, data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, credibility testing using triangulation of sources and time. The results showed that: 1) religious literacy in the Sheikh Zayed Solo Grand Mosque library, library users are able to identify information needs, describe information search strategies, utilize library facilities, increase and deepen knowledge and share knowledge. 2) User religiosity shows beliefs embedded in the heart and mind, religious knowledge obtained through formal education and through printed and digital information sources (informal), worship through compulsory and sunnah worship, independently or in congregation, religious experience by participating in religious activities, practice is characterized by worship practices. 3) the impact of religious literacy on user religiosity by being able to solve problems, convincing the truth of information and helping critical thinking, providing an understanding of religious teachings, increasing independence and literacy skills, gaining an understanding of religious practices, improving the quality and consistency of worship and forming positive habits.} }
