Self-efficacy, defined as the belief in one's ability to achieve goals, and religiosity, defined as the belief in God that directs individuals to behave positively, play a crucial role in enhancing hardiness. The aim of this study is to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and religiosity with the hardiness of Minang students. This research employs a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25. The sample consists of 222 participants selected through accidental sampling. The criteria include Minangkabau students who are Muslim and aged 18-30 years in higher education institutions in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The instruments used are the self-efficacy scale, religiosity scale, and hardiness scale developed by the researcher. Data collection was conducted with the assistance of Google Forms via WhatsApp and direct use of QR codes. The results of the study show a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and religiosity on the hardiness of Minang students, with the independent variables contributing 59.9% to the dependent variable. The hypothesis testing indicates that self-efficacy has a significant relationship with hardiness, with a regression coefficient of 0.956, and religiosity also shows a significant relationship with hardiness, with a regression coefficient of 0.499 PB - UIN SUNAN KALIJAGA YOGYAKARTA KW - Hardiness KW - Efikasi Diri KW - Religiusitas KW - Mahasiswa M1 - masters TI - HUBUNGAN ANTARA EFIKASI DIRI DAN RELIGIUSITAS DENGAN HARDINESS PADA MAHASISWA MINANG DI D.
