This study aims to optimize the shortest irradiation time by varying angles and to determine the appropriate dose for destroying stomach cancer cells with minimal damage to healthy tissues using the BNCT method based on PHITS software version 3.341. The research was conducted by varying the neutron irradiation angles at 0°, 30°, 45°, 60°, and 90°, as well as Boron concentrations of 20, 40, 60, 80, and 100 ?g/g of tissue. The results indicated that a Boron concentration of 100 ?g/g and a neutron irradiation angle of 0° produced the shortest irradiation time of 26.97 minutes, with a dose rate at the GTV of 3.12·10?² Gy/s. In contrast, the longest irradiation time was recorded at 104.71 minutes with a neutron irradiation angle of 90°. For the OAR, with a Boron concentration of 100 ?g/g and a neutron irradiation angle of 0°, the radiation doses received by the skin, stomach, ribs, liver, spinal cord, small intestine, and kidneys were 150, 674, 255, 117, 34, 111, and 220 (10?² Gy.Eq), respectively.
