The background of this research is based on the increasing number of domestic and international tourists and the trend of using digital applications in daily life, which opens up significant opportunities for app-based motorcycle rental businesses. "Renmo" is designed to provide efficient and flexible mobility solutions by integrating motorcycle rental services through digital technology. The research methods include market analysis, financial analysis, and operational strategy. Market analysis was conducted to identify potential demand and the appropriate market segments. The operational strategy focuses on developing core features and effective marketing campaigns to ensure the application's competitiveness in the market. The results show that "Renmo" has significant market potential, with operational strategies expected to attract and retain customers. From a financial perspective, the business feasibility analysis shows positive results, with a Net Present Value (NPV) of Rp 270,221,105.12, an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 19.54%, and a Payback Period (PP) of 1.4 years. The Break-Even Point (BEP) of Rp 221,431,578.94 indicates promising prospects for the application.
