abstract: Providing assistance with agricultural tools and machinery in Wonogiri
Regency is one of the agendas that can be said to be carried out routinely. This
research aims to determine the implementation of management policies for the
provision and distribution of agricultural machinery assistance in Wonogiri
Regency. Starting from determining potential aid recipients, the verification
process and the stages that must be gone through in determining aid recipients to
distributing aid to farmers.
This type of research uses direct field research by looking for data sourced
directly from the Wonogiri Regency Agricultural Service and the Ngudi Rahayu
Farmers Group Association. This was done to obtain accurate evidence and data
from existing sources at the research location related to management policy issues
and the distribution of agricultural machinery assistance in Wonogiri Regency.
The results of this research can be concluded that the procurement of
agricultural machinery assistance, its management and distribution by the
Wonogiri Regency Agricultural Service is in accordance with the 2018 Technical
Guidelines for Procurement and Distribution of Alsintan Assistance which are
based on Minister of Agriculture Regulation Number 46 of 2017 although it needs
to be acknowledged that there are still several things that need to be done. improved
so that aid can be distributed optimally. From the perspective of Siyasah Maliyah,
the management and distribution of Alsintan aid is in line with the principles of
managing state finances and assets in Islam which emphasizes aspects of
transparency, responsibility, accountability, usefulness and justice in order to
realize the benefit of the general public and farmers in particular.
