%X Inheritance is the transfer of property to the heirs when the heirs have passed away. The inheritance in Kecicang Islam village in practice has its own characteristics. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the distribution of inheritance in the community of Kecicang Islam village, Bungaya Kangin, Bebandem, Karangasem, Bali.  The type of research used is field research , using sociology methods. The primary data sources of this research come from village teachers, traditional people, village people, and community leaders. This research is descriptive. The data sources from this study were obtained through interview, observation, and documentation methods.  Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the distribution of inheritance in Kecicang Islam village in the distribution of movable inheritance is in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law, and the distribution of immovable inheritance such as yard land mostly falls to boys for certain reasons. With this, in the context of inheritance of yard treasures that used to be shared by women, but over time the yard treasure was given to boys only.
