N2  - A refugee is someone who leaves their home country to seek refuge in another country. These refugees leave their country due to circumstances that force them to leave their country, one of which is war. In handling refugees, Indonesia has a set of legal tools to regulate it, namely Presidential Regulation Number 125 of 2016 concerning Handling Refugees from Abroad. This study explains how law enforcement in handling refugees from abroad is viewed from siyasah dauliyah.
The type of research conducted by the author uses library research, through a juridical-normative approach. As for the data analysis method used by the author to research using descriptive-analysis. Meanwhile, the theories used by the author are law enforcement theory and siyasah dauliyah theory.
The results of this study explain that the law enforcement process in handling refugees from abroad in Indonesia has not run optimally. There are still some shortcomings in the process of handling refugees from abroad. This certainly causes the slow process of law enforcement that must be carried out by law enforcement officials because the legal products used do not contain the overall steps that must be taken by law enforcement officials to handle refugees from abroad in Indonesia. Thus, law enforcement that has not been maximized must be improved to ensure the achievement of just legal ideals.
