description: The first time in Indonesia it was held nationally in the 1995 to 2004 elections marked an important event in the emergence of democracy in Indonesia. Citizen involvement is very important in this democratic process which has experienced ups and downs. Bantul Regency is one of the regions that will hold elections in 2024. Behind the success of holding elections there are efforts made by election organizers, one of which is the general election commission. There are obstacles in the Bantul district general election, such as geographical conditions, unclear information and some money politics. This research aims to organize elections by one of the election organizers, namely the KPU, which will organize the 2024 presidential and legislative elections in Bantul Regency from a Siyasah Syar’iyyah perspective. Siyasah Syar’iyyah is an Islamic study that discusses the regulation and management of human life in a state in order to achieve benefit. This approach emphasizes basic principles in Islam, such as justice, public benefit, deliberation, and trust and responsibility.  This type of research is field research with a juridical approach normative. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used is descriptive analytical. In the data collection method, the authors used observation, interviews and documentation methods.  The results show that the implementation of elections in Bantul Regency has met most of the principles of Siyasah Syar’iyyah, such as justice, public interest, and deliberation. However, there is still a need for improvement in terms of the accountability (trust) of election organizers to the community. Overall, the implementation of elections in Bantul Regency can be considered quite good and in accordance with the principles of Good Governance from the perspective of Siyasah Syar’iyyah.
