"Scoop Ball is one of the online buying and selling or live streaming features in the TikTok Shop application where the buyer checks out and pays in e-commerce, then on live TikTok the seller scoops up a number of balls which contain writing about the goods the buyer will receive, seeing this the possibility arises there is a loss to one of the parties, especially to the buyer, due to the lack of certainty and clarity of the goods that will be obtained, so that it can contain elements of ghoror and maysir. This is the background for the author to conduct research with the following problems: first, what is the level of buyer satisfaction with online buying and selling practices using the Scoop Ball system in the TikTok Shop. and second: How is the online buying and selling practice of the Scoop Ball system on the TikTok Shop from a sharia economic law perspective.\r\nThe data collection techniques in this research included a questionnaire on Google Forms with 105 respondents, interviews with a sample of 3 people, and documentation. The research analysis uses inductive analysis by describing the facts obtained from the research results and then drawing conclusions. This is further analyzed using two theoretical frameworks: the theory of buyer satisfaction levels and the theory of buying and selling gharar and maysir from the perspective of sharia economic law.\r\nThe results of this research show that the practice of buying and selling scoop balls includes several things including good product quality and service as well as prices that are appropriate to the quality of the product so that buyers feel satisfied and do not experience losses in this buying and selling. However, in buying and selling there is unclear object of sale and purchase, gambling games, as well as the possibility of adding the price value or quality value of goods which are included in the indications of the elements of garar, maysir and usury so that this buying and selling law is not permitted."^^ .
