Currently, BSI is one of the largest sharia financial institutions in Indonesia. One of the products at BSI is housing financing with an Ijārah Muntahiyah bi Tamlik contract or IMBT, is a lease that ends with ownership. Housing finance with an IMBT is a sharia banking product for helping people about their primary needs, is a dreamhouse or residence. In the practice, bank provides a house according to the customer's wishes, then a lease occurs between the bank as the owner of the property and the customer, When the period ends, there is a transfer of ownership, originally owned by the bank and transferred to the customer's property. This research is to analyze the implementation of IMBT in housing financing products at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Ponorogo. The type of research is qualitative research using the case study method. This research is descriptive analysis using a empirical normative approach. The primary data sources are data from the research field, namely BSI KCP Ponorogo. The secondary data sources are data from the official BSI website, books, articles and other related to the implementation of IMBT for housing finance. The data collection technique is using interviews. The results of this research, first, the implementation of IMBT on housing finance at BSI KCP Ponorogo is less popular with customers, because the process looks more complicated, actually housing financing with IMBT at BSI is more flexible and easier.
