description: Indonesia is a plural country, so it is impossible to totally eliminate potential conflicts in society. Conflict cannot be avoided or barred, but conflict can be managed. Conflicts that are based on socio-religiosity aspects ever spreading almost in the entire Indonesia region were not actually caused by different tribes, religions, races, and intergroups (Suku, Agama, Ras, Antargolongan; SARA), but because of the interest factors and unjust distribution of the resources, especially in the economic and the structural positions. Thereby, this article tries to explain how to understand the roots of conflict in order to gain alternatives of conflict reconciliations.
