On the other hand, personal shopper cannot guarantee that consumers will receive a ticket. They can only promise to do their best based on their experience. Since personal shopper do not yet have specific regulations that govern them, it is essential to investigate both the legality and the measures taken to protect consumers when they are implemented. Additionally, there are a lot of unknowns about concert personal shopper system, such as whether or not consumers will actually receive a ticket, whether or not their money will misappropriated, and whether or not the ticket will be delivered to them. Why, then are so many fans still interested in using concert personal shopper service? The research methodology is qualitative that incorporates juridical, normative and sociological approach. The study begins with field data collection of mechanism of purchasing ticket through personal shopper. Juridical approach starts with an inventory of relevant regulation concerning the issue at hand. Normative approach is required for investigating speculation aspects of personal shopper. Sociological approach is required to comprehend the mindset and behaviour of tickets purchasers who use personal shopper service. The result of study shows that: 1) Juridically, practice of purchasing tickets through personal shopper service is legally permissible if follows the rules of KUH Perdata, UU ITE and UU Perlindungan Konsumen. Consumer protection can be achieved through both preventive and repressive measures; 2) The practice of purchasing tickets through personal shopper service appears to involve speculative elements that should therefore be approached with caution. To effectively utilize concert ticket personal shopper, updates to the mechanism of ticket purchasing is necessary; 3) Consumers of ticket personal shopper service exhibit an inner-directed lifestyle and relationship-level loyalty, prioritizing personal desires over price and product considerations.
