After two years of conversion, the assets of the NTB Syariah bank increased to 10.8 trillion. The increase in assets at Bank NTB Syariah after two years of conversion means that the profits obtained by customers until now have not been seen as to what proportion of the assets obtained by Bank NTB Syariah. So the author tries to analyze and compare the profitability obtained by the bank during the last year before and after converted into Bank NTB Syariah and reviewed from maqāsid asy-syarīah.\r\nThe type of research used is field research, which produces data about the company's ability to gain profits after conversion to a sharia bank. This research is descriptive analytical in nature. Juridical-normative methods were used to collect data during the process of writing this research. The primary data source is data directly obtained by researchers on the official OJK website and the NTB Syariah bank website. Another primary research source on the YouTube page is an interview of a YouTuber with the Directors of Bank NTB Syariah. This research was conducted at the central NTB Syariah bank.\r\nThis research concludes that after the NTB commercial bank was converted into an NTB Syariah bank, many benefits were gained both in terms of profits, company assets such as branch offices in various districts and cities in NTB, office networks, and banking workforce. The position of sharia banking in Indonesia is really needed by the public because the majority of Indonesian society is Muslim. Therefore, Islamic banking has a big opportunity to develop more advanced than conventional banking because there are more enthusiasts. Not only that, the system and products offered are more attractive and also use a margin system. One year before being converted to a sharia bank, NTB bank experienced a decline in profits and assets for up to three months after being converted to a sharia bank. After that, NTB Syariah bank experienced a significant increase in the bank's assets and profits according to the financial report published on the NTB Syariah bank website. The benefits of converting the NTB bank attracted many people to become part of the bank. Indirectly, many customers respond well to NTB Syariah bank because according to them the system, policies and also the products offered by NTB Syariah bank are in line with what the general public wants so that there are minimal complaints or other problems."^^ .
