This Research population are the X student class the semester one senior high school of Muhammadiyah 2 Y ogyakarta counted 312 student. The Research Sample is used class student of X C as given experiment class treatment with media base on audio-visual of X D as control class which do not be given by treatment with media base on audio-visual. Intake of sample pursuant to equality of chemical study same teacher with sampling purposive.Data collecting use sheet of pre-test and post-test. Data analysis to result of achievement learn student use test "t" between experiment group, while result of questionnaire comments students use descriptive analysis. Result of research indicate that usage of media base on audio-visual have an real effect to result of achievement learn and result of student comments, this matter will seen from result of test " t" between experiment group and control, that is th;, 2.397> t1ab 2.005 and obtained by r,, 0.843. There is enough difference of achievement learn chemistry between students group which given study by using media of audio-visual with student which do not given study with media base on audio-visual.
