The method used was correlational quantitative with a total of 201 participants consisting of 101 men and 100 women with an age range of 25 to 42 years old in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The measuring instrument used in this research is a scale based on aspects developed by several previous researchers. The resilience measuring scale was prepared based on aspects developed by Winwood, Colon, and McEwen (2013), the measuring scale for organizational climate was prepared based on aspects developed by Schneider, Ehrhart, and Macey (2013), and the work engagement measuring scale was compiled based on aspects developed by Schaufeli, Salanova, Gonzales,-Roma, and Bakker (2002). This research data was analyzed using path analysis. The research results show that resilience can partially mediate up untill 0,214 with the significant of <0,05, which means that the indirect effect coefficient value is smaller than the direct effect coefficient value but still significant.
