"Currently, companies are often faced with problems regarding the level of work engagement of employees, this is especially true for millennial generation employees who currently dominate the world of work. This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the relationship between the three dimensions of job crafting, namely increasing structural job resources, increasing social job resources, increasing challenging job demands and psychological capital with work engagement in millennial generation employees in Boyolali Regency. The number of subjects who participated in this research was 181 people, who were taken using convenience sampling techniques. The data analysis method was carried out using Jamovi version 2.3.28. Data collection techniques were carried out through the distribution of work engagement scales, psychological capital scales, and job crafting scales. The results of the research conducted show that simultaneously increasing structural job resources, increasing social job resources, increasing challenging job demands and psychological capital have a significant relationship with work engagement with a significance value of p<.001 and an R2 value of 0.6099, which means the hypothesis major accepted. The partial test results show that there is a significant positive relationship between increasing social job resources and work engagement, increasing challenging job demands with work engagement, and psychological capital and work engagement. Meanwhile, increasing structural job resources is proven to have no significant difference to work engagement. The effective contribution of each variable to work engagement is, increasing social job resources by 0,69 %, increasing challenging job demands by 32,29%, and psychological capital by 55,68%."^^ .
