        abstract = {Self-confidence in female adolescent are lower levels than male. Low self-confidence have negative impacts for the developmental tasks that adolescents should be completed. Self-confidence in female adolescent affected by how they describe of their body image and how they get support from their surroundings. The purpose of this research is to find out the relationship between body image and social support to self confidence in female adolescents in Yogyakarta. The research method is quantitative correlation which were then analyzed with multiple linear regress analysis. The subjects of this research are 471 female adolescent (age of 15 - 18 years) who resided in Yogyakarta with the number of samples determined with proportional stratified sampling techniques. The research instrument are using self-confidence scale, social support scale and body image scale. The results of this study state that the hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive relationship between body image and social support on self-confidence in adolescent girls in Yogyakarta with a P value of {\ensuremath{<}}0.001 and R? of 0.349. This research can provide an impact in the form of insight for female adolescent regardings things they can do to increase self-confidence.}
