This research was conducted in three stages, starting with the design, manufacture, and testing of the detector system. The design of the detector system is done by making a circuit scheme and making a detector system casing design using Fritzing and SketchUp software. The manufacturing stage is carried out by printing the detector system casing, assembling the detector block, creating a program on the program block, and assembling the entire detector. The program on the program block is made using STM32Cube IDE software, which is integrated software belonging to the STM32 Nucleo-G474RE microcontroller. Testing the detector system is done by testing the detector's response to changes in frequency, SNR (signal-to-noise ratio) value, accuracy value, and repeatability precision value. Parameter testing is done by comparing the frequency output from the detector with the modulation frequency output on an oscilloscope. The detector system has been successfully designed, made, and tested so that the detector response to the best frequency has been obtained at a frequency of 40 kHz with an amplitude of 17.29 volts, SNR highest value of 17,3 at 40 kHz, an accuracy value of 99.99%, and a repeatability precision value of 99.99%. The test results show that the detector system has the ability to detect waves well, and has met the standards set by SNI ISO-17025. The results of this research are expected to make a positive contribution in the field of photoacoustics, especially in the data acquisition process so that the image reconstruction process is more optimal %Z Pembimbing: Frida Agung Rakhmadi, S.Si., M.Sc.
