JavaScript frameworks and libraries such as React, Vue, and Svelte are the main choices, where build process efficiency and performance are important aspects in their selection. The use of build tools, such as Vite, plays an important role in build process efficiency and performance. Thus, there is a need for research that focuses on equal comparisons as a reference for selection. This research involved four main stages: architectural design, development, build process and efficiency testing, and performance testing. SPA is designed and developed at three levels: simple, intermediate, and complex. Testing the efficiency of the build process involves build time and bundle size, while performance uses Lighthouse navigation mode and timespan and other metrics. The results show Svelte excels in build process efficiency at all levels, followed by Vue and React. In navigation mode performance, Vue initially excelled, but fell behind Svelte at the middle level and then became the bottom, React was always below Svelte. The performance gap gets closer as the levels increase. Interaction responsiveness in timespan mode did not differ significantly between navigation modes, with Vue maintaining an advantage over React at the complex level. %Z Pembimbing: Dr. Agus Mulyanto, S.Si., M.Kom., ASEAN Eng.
